Assumption is bad

yes.it is bad.it can ruin your life your day your mood.it can ruin the way you think the way you act.it can influence your attitude and put negative thinking in your mind. i know i should not have made an assumption bout it. Somebody is not guilty and now i felt guilty. why am i thinking?? why did i do that.its a stupid action! i`m deeply angry with my self now. now that i started this..whatever i do feels wrong! i`m sorry.i am really sorry. ;( and now also i`m making an assumption. haihhh!!!!!!!!!!
